Finally. Brew day is here. It’s basically a national holiday.

Today we’re brewing our imperial red. This is the first recipe I ever designed, so I’m a little proud of it. The recipe calls for a variety of malts (some cara amber for example) and brown sugar. BROWN SUGAR people. (more…)
