The idea to start a blog obviously came to me when jealously looking at another person’s awesome blog. I know, very original.
I’ve always been good at trying new things, whether it be dreaming up a crazy new beer recipe or fiddling with food ingredients. Usually what I concoct is edible and sometimes it’s even stellar. The problem is, I am terrible, repeat, TERRIBLE, at documenting these things. Even my triumphs! They all live up in my brain, which is a scary place. Sometimes even the most hard-fought food and beverage victories disappear from my memory, which makes me sad all day. The point is, here in the wonderful land of internet, not only can I document my adventures, I can get comments and critiques on my crazy ideas. Really, some of them are cray-cray crazy (cocktail inspired beers – what?!). Sound fun? Sound a little bizarre? Welp, that’s me in a nutshell. If you want to join me on this journey, that’s the least I can promise. Plus I think we’ll both learn a thing or two. Or maybe you’ll just laugh at me, but either way it’s a win-win for you!
